How shallow can a NuCanoe go?
About four inches of water and forty inches of width is all it needs to move. That is why it reaches flooded timber and marsh that no boat ramp does.
Is it safe to shoot from?
The stability lets you shoot straight ahead or to the sides from a seated position. We recommend the low bench seat for hunting because it keeps your profile down and your base wide.
Will my dog fit?
Yes. The open deck has room for a dog, a decoy spread, and gear. Dogs can climb in and out from the water without upsetting the boat.
Can I get in quietly with a motor?
Yes. A bow or transom mount electric motor gets you to the spot quietly, then you paddle or pole the last stretch in silence.
